SCHIZOPHRENIA

                               *What is Schizophrenia??*

Schizophrenia is a chronic and severe mental disorder that affects how a person thinks, feels, and behaves. People with schizophrenia may seem like they have lost touch with reality. Although schizophrenia is not as common as other mental disorders, the symptoms can be very disabling.

Symptoms of schizophrenia usually start between ages 16 and 30. In rare cases, children have schizophrenia too.

*Symptoms of Schizophrenia* fall into three categories: positive, negative, and cognitive.

*Positive symptoms:* “Positive” symptoms are psychotic behaviors not generally seen in healthy people. People with positive symptoms may “lose touch” with some aspects of reality.

Symptoms include:
✔Hallucinations
✔Delusions
✔Thought disorders (unusual or dysfunctional ways of thinking)
✔Movement disorders (agitated body movements)

*Negative symptoms:* “Negative” symptoms are associated with disruptions to normal emotions and behaviors.

Symptoms include:
✔“Flat affect” (reduced expression of emotions via facial expression or voice tone)
✔Reduced feelings of pleasure in everyday life
✔Difficulty beginning and sustaining activities
✔Reduced speaking

*Cognitive Symptoms:*
For some patients, the cognitive symptoms of schizophrenia are subtle, but for others, they are more severe and patients may notice changes in their memory or other aspects of thinking.

Symptoms include:
✔Poor “executive functioning” (the ability to understand information and use it to make decisions)
✔Trouble focusing or paying attention
✔Problems with “working memory” (the ability to use information immediately after learning it)

*Treatment*

Mentioning the treatment at a group level is ethically incorrect.
But to brief it up...
Psychiatric Treatment in the form of medication along with Psychotherapy are essential for a patient with Schizophrenia.

*Here are some things you can do to help your loved one:*

✔Get them treatment and encourage them to stay in treatment
✔Remember that their beliefs or hallucinations seem very real to them
✔Tell them that you acknowledge that everyone has the right to see things their own way
✔Be respectful, supportive, and kind without tolerating dangerous or inappropriate behavior
✔Check to see if there are any support groups in your area.

Top 5 Best Sex Positions for Deeper Penetration

TOP 5 BEST SEX POSITIONS It’s not just about his length We've learned two important things about deep penetration over the course of my adult life.  The first one is that before you go far , you would like to travel long.  Done right, deep penetration are often incredibly pleasurable and satisfying.  There’s something really psychologically arousing about it. The deeper the penetration, the more I desire I’m getting fucked really hard, which thought may be a big activate .  But it’s physical, too. Deepest penetration is incredibly intense, especially when it’s paired with some hard and fast thrusting. Getting some balls-deep dick makes it desire the pleasure radiates from the within out. Every stroke that pumps into we can be fantastically satisfying.  And this isn’t about the length of the thrust, either. It really is about the depth. It feels even as good when the thrusts are short but the cock stays buried in my pussy.  This is about the length of the foreplay, though. Because d

TIME AND BIOLOGICAL CLOCKS

TIME AND BIOLOGICAL CLOCKS The brain has been termed a time machine, a metronome, orchestrating, second by second, the working of our bodies, all the while conducting us from birth to old age. An entire science chronobiology has been developed to study how all living beings regulate their respective time cycles. Many bodily functions-awakening and sleeping, the production of hormones within the body (the concentrations of cortisol and growth hormone reach their peaks in the early hours of the morning), the menstrual cycle, Time and biological clocks awakenings in moods and fluctuations in the temperature of the a.m.)-body (the temperature drops to its. lowest around 4 are regulated by what is termed the biological clock within us.  Our biological rhythms are principally based on the rising and setting of the sun but continue with minor variations even when we are placed in an environment where we are deprived of these cues. These rhythms are governed by the hypothalamus and the Pineal
